The Enarau Conservancy was established in 2022 in the Mara, under the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act 2013, which aims to expand wildlife conservation areas by protecting existing vegetation and critically threatened habitats, and restoring degraded areas.
The Enarau Conservancy uses a science-based approach to restore and protect its ecosystem while engaging the local Maasai community.
